David Alan Grier has been a guest on Comedy Bang! Bang! the podcast as well as the TV show. Probably most well known as a comedian for his roles in movies and TV shows such as In Living Color, Martin, DAG, and Life With Bonnie, he has also been nominated for 3 Tony awards: in 1982 for best feautured actor in the musical The First for his role as Jackie Robinson, in 2010 for best featured actor in the David Mamet play Race, and most recently in 2013 for the musical Porgy and Bess.
