Earwolf Synopsis[]

An episode with two co-hosts? It cannot be! Well, it is…but, when they’re The Sklar Brothers you can hardly call them two separate entities. With the comedic force of Scott, Jason and Randy, and Paul F. Tompkins, you’d think unfunny was impossible…that is unless you’re newly traumatized observational comic Cal Shipsby. Fortunately things take a lighter turn when the writer of Look Who’s Talking, Jerry Jimson, stops by and talks about his process. And I’d be remiss not to mention that this episode features Doug Loves Movies!

Summary[]

Cal Shipsby stops by to do some of his observational comedy after recently suffering from a nervous breakdown.

Paul F. Tompkins calls in on the last day of his hosting gig at "Best Week Ever."

The Sklar Brothers talk about the Pizza Hut ads that hijack audiences at Italian restaurants with Pizza Hut's new pasta dishes (referred to as "Pizza Hutting") and propose a sad scenario of a family eating at that restaurant. They also take some parenting and sports questions from Twitter.

Jerry Jimson, the screenwriter of Look Who's Talking, discusses where the idea for the film came from and announces that he will be suing the makers of the film for stealing his idea.

Paul Rust plays a song, "Beagle Town," live in-studio.

Doug Loves Movies[]

Doug calls in to give eight word or less movie reviews for the movies Imagine That ("Critics are calling it a movie I watched"), The Taking of Pelham 1-2-3 ("The counting of sheep 1-2-SNORE"), and Cinderella Story ("Midnight screenings full of pumpkins").
