Dreams DO come true, nerds, and even the notorious grump Scott Aukerman has a heart sometimes. Why else would he let clearly obnoxious, secretly horny tween Marissa Wompler try her hand at being an intern. Unfortunately, sometimes your dreams will also get crushed, like when you hope and pray that Brendon Walsh will stop doing his Flavio character. Donald Glover just might be the only 100% charming part of this episode, but he’s definitely not the only funny part.
Scott introduces Brendon and his new intern Marissa who has hopes of getting involved in the entertainment industry. Marissa wonders whether she is shouting.
Scott asks Brendon about some of his many pranks, but he quickly gets sidetracked by talk of his love of characters on the show. Scott mentions there hasn't been a character on the show in a while, so Brendon slips into the character of Flavio the Greek.
Donald Glover disusses trying to get cast as Spider-Man and how people responded: "What, are we gonna just make Shaft Michael Cera?" Scott brings up the controversy surrounding Mel Gibson's rant at his now ex-wife and Flavio admits calling his pizza oven the N-word, as well as his pot and kettle black.
Scott asks Marissa about her hobbies. She discusses horseback riding and a series of readings of different books that are her favourite. A crank call by Brendon is played in which he calls his friend as his friend's ex-girfriend and says "I think Brendon raped me."
