The Washington Monugents are a political parody singing group. Its members include Scott Aukerman, Bob Odenkirk, Mike Hanford, Neil Campbell, Dave Ferguson, and Tim Kalpakis. The group performs at dinner theaters.

Parody SongsEdit

The Monugents perform their own takes on popular songs from the past several decades. While they never reveal their own political beliefs so as not to offend anyone in the audience, they poke fun at Washington, D.C. in ways that everyone can appreciate.

Political ParticipationEdit

The Monugents do not vote in elections, as all are ineligible. The members have said that they think it would be unfair to their families or audiences if they took a stand politically, though three of the Monugents are Canadian and the remaining member is a felon.
